Senior Tax Associate

Geometric Wealth Advisors

• Work closely with the Tax team and Wealth Advisors to meet clients’ financial planning needs • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for clients • Assist clients with tax letters, notices, and audits • Assess implications of US international tax reporting for foreign clients living in the US • Collaborate with Tax Advisors to produce tax projections and planning • Help evaluate and demo software alternatives for the Tax team • Continually search for ways to improve processes and client experience • Help recruit, hire, train, and manage others on the Tax team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active CPA license or EA credential strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in tax services
  • Clear and confident communication, both in writing and orally
  • Knowledge of the basics of estate planning or willingness and aptitude to learn
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Airtight reliability
  • Aptitude for and comfort with technology
