• Assist chapter advisors in appointing, training, and mentoring financial advisors • Supervise collegiate chapter financial activities for assigned chapters • Collaborate with regional team members and financial advisors to address financial issues • Provide feedback and suggestions to appropriate personnel on resources and initiatives

• Design and implement a bottoms-up financial planning model scalable across a rapidly growing retail footprint with isolated pricing and margin dynamics at the market level. • Own the full planning and forecasting process — budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning — and build the governance framework around it. • Build a real-time data and reporting infrastructure that gives operators and leadership actionable financial intelligence without analyst intermediation. • Own cash forecasting as a process discipline — the model and methodology, not the banking. • Serve as the planning resource for all market finance leads across the organization, ensuring consistency of process and model across markets. • Partner with Corporate Development to support transaction modeling and capital allocation analysis, freeing Corp Dev to focus on deal execution. • Integrate newly acquired markets into the planning model and governance framework on an ongoing basis as the company continues to grow. • Collaborate with operations, legal, and HR to ensure financial plans reflect ground-level realities across all markets. • Own KPI design and reporting across the retail portfolio — build the metrics that matter and ensure they flow to the right people at the right time. • Partner with the analytics and technology teams to ensure the reporting layer is automated, reliable, and scalable. • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for operators, the CFO, and the executive team. • Establish and maintain a planning governance framework that is rigorous but lean — process as infrastructure, not bureaucracy. • Build and develop a small, high-leverage team over time as the function matures. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership on all matters related to planning, forecasting, and financial performance.

• Assist in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for property management projects. • Support the analysis of financial data and prepare performance reports for senior management. • Collaborate with global finance teams across multiple regions to ensure accurate consolidation of financial information. • Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects within finance operations. • Conduct research on market trends, investment opportunities, and risk management strategies.

• Key member of the Finance Anaplan Admin Support Team driving connected financial planning solutions • Drive technical architecture and design process, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations. • Evaluate new design specifications and raise quality standards, address architectural concerns • Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems to build and execute sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models • Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality • Provide candid, important feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Business Partners and Anaplan SMEs • Create and run financial reports using PeopleSoft, Anaplan, and other relevant software packages on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. • A proven resource in enabling systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines • Exercise independent judgement within defined policies and procedures to determine appropriate action as well as lead a small team to an outcome while being a role model for your team of model builders to deliver value-add, and sustainable solutions • Make a significant hands-on contribution to the development of the optimization products • Develop model documentation and ensure adherence to company standards • Author, document and maintain the associated code base and unit tests and adhere to the industry standard coding practices • Lead data integration, migration solutions, as well as UAT testing and deployment of designed solutions • Proactively prioritize projects, manage customer expectations, and organizing the team's effort and effectiveness • Serve as a source of technical expertise and a mentor across development teams
