Role Description The ACCOUNT MANAGER cultivates current customer relationships with mid-tier customers; selling Rensa value; managing projects from start to finish; developing and implementing strategy for increasing sales and profits for Rensa’s Engineered Filtration Products Business Unit. Essential Position Duties & Responsibilities - Ensure current customer relationships are maintained and enhanced by anticipating the customer’s needs, resolving concerns and complaints, and providing appropriate technical support. - Lead direct customer communication, including, but not limited to, pricing, business reviews, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. - Collaborate with VP of Sales and Marketing to develop forecasts and GTM strategies. - Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate incremental sales volume for the assigned customer base. - Lead and coordinate both internal/external resources to meet customer goals. - Familiar with cost structures, margin targets, and pricing strategy to maximize profitability. - Able to identify cross-selling and portfolio expansion opportunities across business units. - Understand and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data. - Knowledge of international specifications and export/customer compliance requirements. - Work directly with, and provide regular communication to, the VP of Sales and Marketing on activities, contract status, and pipeline progress. - Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track progress, and ensure effective follow-ups. - Develop cross-functional relationships to execute projects. - Build strong relationships to drive strategic growth aligned with Rensa’s account management structure. - Participate in trade shows and industry events as needed. - Remain current on applicable industry news and competitive product developments. - Meet and exceed profitability goals. - Approximately 25% travel. Qualifications - Filtration Industry knowledge. - 3 years+ experience in Sales/Account Management. - Experience selling to OEMs. - Experience converting technical project wins with key accounts. - Strong ability to work via multiple internal stakeholders in a matrix structure. - Entrepreneurial spirit and curious mindset to solve problems. - Ability to develop a strategy to achieve sales budget and to deliver growth. - Proven track record for exceeding sales targets. - Highly effective at identifying, communicating, and driving profitability while ensuring commercial terms, supply agreements, NDAs, etc., are active and completed. - Ability to focus on critical projects with high-level adaptability to client and industry trends. - Experience with managing product lifecycles from onboarding to delivery.

• Promote and manage all managed care contracting efforts on behalf of the hospital and clinics • Responsible for assisting with all payer contracting • Negotiate, implement, and maintain all payer contracts and the respective policies for each • Keep abreast of all managed care marketplace activities and adjust strategies accordingly • Accountable for the negotiation, implementation, and contract performance tracking of all managed care contracts for the health system • Review and analyze contract language, including reimbursement methodologies and fee schedules • Maintain the centralized contract repository and ensure version control • Ensure contracts comply with federal and state regulations and partner with internal and external Legal teams to review terms to mitigate risk • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and payer representatives • Support operational teams with contract interpretation and issue resolution • Identify and negotiate supplemental payments • Track key contract metrics including payer mix, expiration/renewal dates, and reimbursement rates • Lead and maintain collaborative payer and employer relationships
• Complete and monitor East Coast Greenway (ECG) signage throughout the states and update the ECGA online trip planner (map.greenway.org). • Work to move a maximum amount of the on-road portions off-road (including designating trail as official ECG) and make remaining on-road sections as safe and bicycle/pedestrian-friendly as feasible. • Keep the GIS data-reporting system up-to-date and create reports as requested (at least quarterly). • Assist our volunteer State Committees and other volunteers within the state. • Build/maintain a strong network of strategic alliances with public agencies, elected officials, and organizations in each state to continue strong Greenway progress. • Keep contacts updated in organization CRM. • Communicate state information in coordination with other staff for the ECGA website, newsletters, and social media. • Engage local media with support from the ECGA communications team. • Provide timely information to assist with overall fundraising efforts in the region.
