• Responsible Scientific Affairs Manager for the respective territory in Germany • Member of the International Medical Affairs team, develop and implement the Local Medical Affairs strategically aligned plan • Serve as primary point of contact for all German external experts to ensure consistent and seamless communication and outreach to all external stakeholders • Be a trusted scientific partner to external experts by conducting timely, appropriate, and frequent scientific exchanges to enhance the understanding of the scientific and medical value of Rhythm’s research • Map patient journeys, diagnosis and therapeutic patterns, whilst building and developing peer-to-peer relationships with the relevant external experts • Establish local genetic testing initiatives in collaboration with HCPs and obesity treatment networks to aid experts in uncovering people with rare genetic disease of obesity • Closely collaborate with Global Clinical Development and Operations on interactions with investigators participating in Rhythm’s clinical trials, investigator meetings and advisory boards • Support clinical trial execution attending to the needs of investigators • Develop and implement a novel scientific communication plan for setmelanotide, and contribute to the medical/scientific review of manuscripts • Ensure on all levels cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Drug Safety, Market Access, and Research & Development • Support the scientific communication plan by identifying HCP knowledge gaps and facilitating medical/scientific non-promotional presentations

• Lead and manage standalone energy storage interconnection activities across ERCOT and SPP markets • Oversee preparation, submission, and execution of ERCOT interconnection stages and SPP DISIS processes • Manage consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality interconnection deliverables • Support greenfield project siting and transmission due diligence activities • Review and analyze interconnection study results and technical reports • Ensure compliance with applicable grid codes, interconnection requirements, and transmission planning criteria • Lead and mentor junior staff and support day-to-day team operations • Support interconnection due diligence activities for project acquisitions • Partner closely with EPC, Engineering, Development, and Project Management teams to support successful execution of late-stage projects • Collaborate with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, consultants, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders

• Establish and lead CloudFit’s subcontracting function, including development of policies, procedures, templates, and governance controls. • Design and implement standardized subcontracting procedures covering the full lifecycle from pre-award through closeout. • Revise subcontract templates, teaming agreements, and related documents to reduce risk and ensure enforceability. • Lead full subcontract lifecycle including solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout. • Develop subcontract solicitations including SOWs, deliverables, evaluation criteria, and pricing structures. • Evaluate subcontractor proposals for technical capability, cost/price reasonableness, and compliance. • Establish subcontractor vetting processes to ensure eligibility and capability for federal work. • Identify and incorporate FAR, DFARS, and agency flowdown clauses into subcontracts. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with prime contract obligations. • Manage subcontract administration including deliverables, milestones, funding, and compliance tracking.
