• Develop LACROIX’s smart grids and smart lighting business in Belgium and the Netherlands • Position the company early in projects, influencing specifications and securing long‑term opportunities • Build and manage relationships with utilities, integrators and partners • Initiate pilots, tests and proof‑of‑concepts with customers • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities • Act as a bridge between customers, marketing and product teams
Job Requirements
- Experience in smart grids or public energy infrastructure sales
- Ability to navigate complex, regulated environments
- Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills
- Fluent Dutch (or Flemish), French and English
