The Senior IAM Manager will be responsible for leading the transformation of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations from a legacy and manual framework to a modernized, automated system. This role will ensure that IAM supports the business effectively, with a focus on security, compliance, and efficient request fulfillment. Our Senior Manager, IAM: - Develop and implement an IAM strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and modernization efforts. - Oversee the transition to automated IAM processes using Identity Governance & Administration tools, reducing manual workloads, and improving response times. - Monitor IAM solutions to ensure they are effective and adjust strategies as needed to comply with privacy frameworks such as EU GDPR, CPRA, and PIPL. - Direct the daily operations of IAM services: Supervise the processing of access requests, the provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, and the regular auditing of access controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. - Enhance user authentication and authorization processes: Continuously evaluate and improve methods for multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and adaptive authentication to enhance security without compromising user convenience. - Report on IAM metrics and performance: Provide regular reports to senior management on the status and effectiveness of IAM initiatives, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. - Guide IAM technology upgrades and migrations: Lead projects to upgrade existing IAM solutions or migrate to new platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Enhance the effectiveness of simulated phishing campaigns: Regularly update and refine phishing simulation exercises to keep them relevant to current cyber threats. Ensure that these exercises are comprehensive and provide meaningful feedback and training opportunities to employees. - Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) Platform: - Oversee the operation and maintenance of the privileged access management platform, ensuring robust security controls are in place. Lead enhancements to better align with industry best practices and business needs. - Promote the Principle of Least Privilege: - Enforce the least privilege principle across all access controls, ensuring that users have the minimum level of access required to perform their job functions. - Develop and implement strategies to reduce over-privileged accounts through continuous monitoring and real-time adjustments. - Ability to lead by example in the responsible use of AI and Large Language Models, applying them to enhance team efficiency, modernize IAM processes, and support data‑driven business decisions Education and Experience Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferred. - At least 8 years of experience in IAM roles required, with a preference for those who have used and managed Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools is required. - Minimum 5 years in a management or leadership role within IAM required. What we look for: - In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks and best practices. - Experience with implementing or managing IGA tools and technologies, required. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus. - Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. - Must have the ability to position self to maintain computers and various network equipment in the buildings, including under desks, in the server rooms, and anywhere cabling installation and maintenance would be required for troubleshooting and optimal organizational connectivity and usage. - Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal; to perceive and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids. - Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Position Description As a Transportation Sales Specialist you will possess a passion for the Automotive Channel, and Automotive Aftermarket End User. This sales position requires great industry and product knowledge and the ability to communicate Milwaukee’s commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for increasing the POS sales of Milwaukee Power Tools, Hand Tools, and Accessories, working closely with our strategic distribution partner’s outside sales teams. What You Will Do - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with our distribution partner’s sales teams (Sales Management, Business Development Managers, Outside Sales Reps and Inside Sales Reps) - Works alongside distribution sales to target top automotive aftermarket end user sales opportunities through daily joint sales calls. - Work closely with RFSM/NAM/SAM account owners to ensure alignment on quarterly distributors plans. - Collaborate and communicate with local Milwaukee Territory Reps to stay informed of recent automotive New Dealer Placement wins - Utilize Mobile Milwaukee Showroom van to facilitate awareness, trial, sale and/or conversion with targeted end users, driving POS through our strategic distribution partner’s members / stores. - Work closely with Milwaukee’s Jobsite Solutions team for large competitive conversion opportunities. - Independently organize and execute monthly “in-shop” end user product knowledge sessions, and in-branch lunch & learn style product knowledge sessions on existing and new products. - Some time spent ensuring Milwaukee planogram integrity, and merchandising excellence in-store. - Execute quarterly and monthly plans at the store / member level and with key stake holders. - Expedite the resolution of end user problems and issues. - Track, document, and report all in-field and in-store activity, initiatives, and successes through daily/weekly submissions. - Support and implement strategic marketing initiatives. - Report and comment on trends within the market. - Maintain product knowledge excellence through continued focus on existing and new product training. - Manage assigned travel and expense budget. - Other duties as required. Role Description The Technology Development Engineer role (TDE) is to create new designs in targeted customers, through key product positioning and supplier strategy implementation, and convert these designs to generate increased sales at good profitability due to supplier design registration program protection. This role would support our Northwest Territory. Our Technology Development Engineers Team: - Develop technical product, application, and supplier strategies with the Director Technical Sales & Marketing or the equivalent supplier marketing manager. - Work closely with the Regional Sales teams to define specific target customers and further develop regional and local customer plans. - Collaborate with Outside Sales teams and strategic suppliers, jointly visiting customers to execute the design-in of focus products into end customer applications. - Drive customer visit activity to engineering alone as required. - Evaluate new potential customers and support customer design locations that may procure products from TTI in other locations. - Ensure the allocated Outside Salesperson is informed of design strategy and project updates. - Monitor activities to defined plans using the Customer Account Manager tool (CAM) and Opportunity Management System (OMS) reports. - Meet regularly with local Branch Product Managers and General Managers/Outside Sales Managers to review progress of the branch to OMS targets. - Proactively review all OMS activity for new projects that could have opportunities for their products to be designed-in. - Maintain project information in CAM and update key activity and next actions required to convert associated projects. - Ensure valid design registrations have been applied for by the Branch Product Manager. - Look for total solutions for projects, calling on other technical resource expertise and suppliers' technical support where necessary. - Focus on technical new business demand creation and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. - Assist with technical support as required to the Sales team and BPMs. - Update sales teams on new products and relevant total solution applications. - Undertake regular product trainings with suppliers locally and understand key applications and suitable technologies. - Employ commercial/business acumen to prioritize key projects and maximize project design conversion. - Work closely with the sales organization via CAM to identify potential design opportunities/leads for key NPI products. - Utilize TTI Internal tools such as iPad, CAM, Product Communicator, Express, BI, OMS, Intranet tools, and TTI Website for strategy planning and customer visit planning. - Understand supplier design registration programs and design protection cost discounts structures. - Maintain regional market awareness on end application trends, distributor competitor activities, and industry trends. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Electronics required; or a closely related engineering field with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. - Extensive product and technical knowledge within the distribution industry. - Customer and application knowledge within the given region or country of responsibility. - Experienced in the NBO Identification and Development process at a customer level. - Strong organizational skills to set priorities, methodical approach, and project management skills. - Team player working proactively with other TSEs and the Outside Sales team. - Good sales and negotiation skills for convincing and persuading customers and suppliers. - Self-motivated and driven, able to work from home office. - Good Presentation and Mentoring skills required. - Strong verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills. - Analytical skills for setting local/regional strategies and measuring success and results. - Strong verbal and written English language skills. - Extensive knowledge and high skill level of all relevant IT systems and MS Office applications. - Must possess a valid Driver’s License, safe driving record, and be insurable by the Companies’ liability carrier.
