• Manage and grow existing smart water partnerships • Actively develop smart grids opportunities across ASEAN • Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with existing partners • Structure and animate partner networks (commercial plans, joint actions) • Develop smart grids & street lighting opportunities through pilots and tests • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities in the region • Share market intelligence and contribute to offer adaptation
• Identification and acquisition of new customers and the establishment of new business relationships for the Industry and HBAS business segments • Definition and analysis of target markets and target customers • Development of strategies for systematic market coverage in coordination with Sales Management • Identification and analysis of additional business models and assessment of their feasibility • Handling and tracking of inquiries, including pricing • Offer management from a commercial and technical perspective, in communication with internal specialist departments • Lead responsibility for price and contract negotiations, taking into account the commercial and technical aspects of the internal specialist departments • Transition of acquired new customers from the prototype phase to series production status • Preparation and reconciliation of annual and multi-year sales planning • Building networks and contacts in the target industries; participation in trade fairs, industry events, specialist conferences, seminars and committees • The role is largely field-based; mobile working is of course possible

• Develop LACROIX’s smart grids and smart lighting business in Belgium and the Netherlands • Position the company early in projects, influencing specifications and securing long‑term opportunities • Build and manage relationships with utilities, integrators and partners • Initiate pilots, tests and proof‑of‑concepts with customers • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities • Act as a bridge between customers, marketing and product teams

• Responsible for developing LACROIX’s smart grids & street lighting business in the Middle East • Building market presence, structuring partnerships, and driving long-term growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region • Screen and structure the regional market (end users, integrators, distributors, partners) • Develop strong relationships with customers, channel partners and system integrators • Identify and develop new partners; strengthen or replace existing ones when needed • Actively hunt for business opportunities and leads • Contribute to brand visibility and value perception in the region • Work closely with marketing and product teams to adapt offers to market expectations
• Réaliser les sauvegardes et extractions des données • Récupérer les paramétrages non migrés automatiquement • Suivre le process de migration automatique et s’assurer du bon déroulement de chaque étape • Effectuer les contrôles et vérifications des données migrées • Identifier et corriger les éventuels écarts • Réaliser les opérations de reparamétrage • Intervenir en support du client ou pour le compte du client • Garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle des installations après migration • Animer des sessions de formation à la mise en service et l’exploitation de nos produits électroniques/logiciels (à distance ou sur site client) • Assurer le suivi des clients après migration (phase de stabilisation) • Intervenir sur le support technique des clients migrés ou non encore migrés • Traiter les demandes avec réactivité et rigueur
