District Manager – Northeast Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve top-line growth and profitable product mix • Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to expand assortment and support new product introductions • Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to create actionable plans for improvement • Manage territory advertising and promotional budgets to maximize ROI • Oversee training initiatives for retail sales teams to strengthen brand advocacy • Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring order fulfillment and resolving backorder issues • Participate in business reviews and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of sales experience with major retail customers; assisted selling floor experience preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Lead activation & outreach: Our primary focus in day-to-day activities is on telephone outreach. Your goal is initial qualification and scheduling appointments for our Account Executives. • CRM & data maintenance: You will keep our database in HubSpot clean, structure leads and ensure the sales pipeline is accurately documented. • Conceptual contribution: You will primarily support the sales team in operational day-to-day lead generation. You will be closely involved in our processes and provide direct, practical feedback to help us continuously improve our call scripts. • Sales sparring & training: You will regularly participate in internal sales trainings and coaching, exchange ideas with the team and continuously develop your communication skills. After onboarding, you will work independently in a remote setup.
