• Build and maintain customer relationships • Strong communication, active listening, and clarity to lead commercial conversations with clients across Brazil • Strategic and adaptable argumentation: ability to guide the client to the right solution • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with challenging targets • Willingness to learn (or already proficient) in outreach, probing, negotiation, and closing techniques • Previous experience in telecom, finance, education, or energy is a plus, but not required • Ability to think quickly and tailor solutions to the client’s real context • Good typing skills and proficiency with CRM systems and sales entry • Organized in routines and in managing your own client portfolio • Availability and commitment to training — here you learn with data, feedback, and supportive colleagues • Genuine desire to grow in commercial roles and build a solid career path
