Regional Sales Manager
Kwik Lok Corporation
• Drive revenue growth across Canada • Manage existing accounts and cultivate new business opportunities • Develop and execute sales strategies • Build and maintain customer relationships • Achieve sales targets of existing and new solutions • Conduct market analysis and adjust strategies accordingly • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers • Collaborate with internal teams and attend industry events • Utilize CRM tools for management and reporting purposes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales training, territory management, and demonstrated successful sales experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in B2B manufacturing selling capital equipment a plus though not required
- Willingness to travel as needed within the designated region (approximately 40-50% of the time)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate in English required; ability to communicate in French preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends within the region
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license
