Job Description

Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant – CSP Focus

Pine Services Group

• Lead and execute Sage Intacct implementations following established implementation methodologies • Conduct discovery sessions to analyze and document buisness and system requirements • Configure Sage Intacct modules to align with client processes and accounting structures • Develop and execute test plans and supporrt client testing phases • Deliver end-user training knowledge transfer • Recommend best-practice processes and system optimizations • Design and build financial reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct • Configure and support third-party integrations and marketplace solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met • Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and clients • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines • Identify system limitations, risks, and enhancement opportunities • Provide first class support post go live within stated SLA’s • Escalate complex issues as needed and collaborate with technical resources to resolve them

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience (Sage Intacct strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing consulting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (Office 365, collaboration platforms, virtual meeting tools)
  • Experience with ERP ticketing or PSA tools is a plus
