• Own end-to-end resolution of complex customer issues across the CI/CD stack — pipelines, deployments, runners, artifacts, integrations, and more. • Troubleshoot and debug infrastructure automation (Auto-stopping, Recommendations, and execution and metrics data) from sources such as Cloudwatch, Google Cloud Operations/Stackdriver, and Azure Monitor • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), especially in automation and cloud cost administration, and a deep understanding of FinOps methodologies. • Serve as a CI/CD subject matter expert to enterprise customers during onboarding, implementation, and expansion across Harness modules. • Lead incident triage and root cause analysis during escalations, coordinating cross-functionally and providing detailed feedback to engineering. • Provide advanced technical guidance on database integrations (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.), secrets management, and service-to-service communication. • Work with BI and Looker-related data modules within Harness (SEI, CCM, Dashboards, and Metrics) and provide scaling, performance, and best practices for embedded analytics • Troubleshoot and debug SQL transformations and Looker/Big Query data streams • Develop and share reusable best-practice templates, “blueprints,” and playbooks for in-product dashboards and KPIs. • Act as a senior escalation point for the Customer Engineering team and mentor junior engineers in best practices and tooling. • Maintain detailed internal and external documentation, including implementation runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and customer playbooks

• Own implementation plans, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live. • Run discovery to understand clinical, operational, data migration, and integration needs; translate findings into an implementation plan. • Manage risks, dependencies, and change control; keep projects moving with crisp updates and clear decision-making. • Partner with client clinical and operational leaders to design and implement workflows aligned to best practices. • Serve as a subject matter expert, helping customers understand system capabilities and Canvas best practices. • Guide customers through adoption milestones and ensure usability for end users. • Confidently navigate API/SDK concepts to unblock workflows, examples: • Walk a developer through generating API keys • Speak to specific API resources and basic error troubleshooting • Translate workflows into SDK-backed solutions • Lead stabilization and transition to ongoing support/customer success team. • Identify repeatable patterns, plugin gaps, and process improvements; share insights with internal teams. • Coordinate internally with Product/Engineering/Support to resolve questions and drive outcomes.

• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of Foundation Health’s platform within Epic-related workflows, serving as the primary SME for customer IT and clinical informatics teams • Drive the technical work for Epic integrations, including direct consultation on SMART on FHIR app configuration, OAuth 2.0 backend authentications, and interface configurations • Manage EHR-related product deployments for customers, including reviewing, reproducing, and diagnosing complex integration issues (HL7/FHIR/API) before escalating to Engineering, ensuring a high bar for technical documentation • Maintain and expand Foundation Health’s Epic Integration Playbook, proactively identifying changes in Epic’s upgrade cycles that may impact our integration points • Partner directly with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap, ensuring Foundation Health remains at the cutting edge of Epic’s Connection Hub and interoperability standards • Lead technical integration discussions with customer counterparts at all levels, including Epic stakeholders, to align on timelines and technical requirements • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing our onboarding process and reducing post-go-live support volume through better, upfront implementation quality
