• Partner with the Product Lead to organize the product engineering team, streamline processes, and drive high-velocity execution. • Identify and execute on opportunities to leverage EngFlow's capabilities in the AI era to achieve exponential product growth. • Lead user discovery through interviews and feedback sessions with developers and DevEx teams. • Translate insights into detailed product specs (PRDs) that guide engineering efforts. • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on user needs and business goals. • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, sales, and customer success. • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and status clearly across the company.
• Act as the primary responder for high-priority production incidents during the Australian business day. • Work with the core product team to identify recurring support patterns and develop automated fixes or feature enhancements. • Participate in daily handovers with EMEA and US teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations. • Help foster a collaborative culture, sharing knowledge and performing code reviews.
• Manage executives' calendars (CTO/SAS Entity Head), schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments • Provide overall support to the leadership team on an as-needed basis • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations • Handle select executive-level correspondence • Make travel arrangements and manage itineraries for executives and larger team initiatives • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping for various project and function areas, especially for the SAS entity • Act as a liaison between executives and other team members • Partner frequently and effectively with our accountants and legal counterparts in Colombia • Manage and approve expenses for the organization • Support priority projects and initiatives
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for trialing, new, and existing customers—offering guidance as they adopt and scale our platform. • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments. • Help customers optimize their use of EngFlow’s products and ensure smooth adoption within their developer workflows. • Partner with Engineering to surface and track product bugs, performance regressions, and feature feedback from the field. • Create and maintain internal and external documentation to improve future support and empower developers. • Engage with the broader community via forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences—representing EngFlow’s voice with empathy and technical clarity. • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through metrics, tooling improvements, and automation.
• Own and execute campaigns that include: paid digital, email, webinars, SEO, virtual events, and more. • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing tactics and programs to engage prospects throughout their journey on our website and other platforms. • Drive new business meetings from Marketing efforts with a focus on MQLs. • Report on overall ROI of lead generation activities and engagement metrics. • Partner with EngFlow product marketing to ensure the best message is being delivered. • Contribute to strategic messaging campaigns. • Analyze campaign performance via Google analytics and/or new tools to inform strategy. • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition. • Partner with EngFlow engineers to help us better broadcast EngFlow’s technical blogs. • Source and evaluate marketing tools and platforms for varying needs. • Partner with the Product Marketing team to analyze and improve marketing collateral and messaging. • Coordinate with the Field Marketing team on invites and follow ups to events and other leads. • Work closely with Senior Management and Sales teams to support product and sales growth.
• Identify, engage, and close new enterprise customers in your territory. • Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product demos, proposal, negotiation, and close. • Use MEDDICC and a value-based sales approach to ensure deal quality and predictability. • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver exceptional value to prospects. • Build strong relationships with engineering leaders and decision-makers. • Track and manage opportunities in CRM and forecast pipeline accurately. • Contribute to improving sales processes, messaging, and market positioning.

• Serve as the technical domain expert on Build Solutions (e.g., Bazel, Chromium) for the sales team and key client relationships • Configure, install, and support EngFlow products, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure our solutions meet client needs • Clearly communicate EngFlow’s technology and value proposition to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels (executive, business, engineering) • Lead technical discovery, provide architectural guidance, and support sales campaigns by building strong client relationships • Offer expertise in Bazel, Build Systems, distributed systems, cloud (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and IT operations to support clients and prospects • Foster an environment focused on strategic customer success and feedback to shape product development • Engage with potential customers via LinkedIn, Bazel Slack, GitHub, emails, etc., to generate new sales opportunities • Develop prototypes and tools to assist in lead generation and broaden the addressable market
