It is a strategic, commercially focused position designed to displace legacy Dealer Management Systems and reposition Pinewood.AI as the new system of record. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute technical win strategies against incumbent DMS providers, including CDK, Reynolds, and Tekion - Lead executive-level discovery sessions to uncover operational inefficiencies and platform limitations - Deliver advanced, workflow-driven demonstrations across sales, F&I, service, parts, and accounting - Map Pinewood.AI capabilities directly to financial performance, scalability, and operational impact - Surface and resolve technical objections early, eliminating perceived migration or integration risk - Support RFP responses, security reviews, compliance assessments, and technical due diligence processes - Design and deliver proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate measurable workflow improvements - Anticipate and neutralise competitive FUD around integration, conversion risk, uptime, reporting depth, and compliance - Partner closely with Account Executives to control deal narrative, pacing, and competitive positioning
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience working with automotive Dealer Management Systems
- Direct exposure to CDK, Reynolds, Tekion, or other enterprise DMS platforms
- Experience implementing, supporting, or selling against incumbent DMS providers
- Deep knowledge of dealership financial workflows, service absorption, reporting structures, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with enterprise or multi-rooftop dealership groups
- Proven ability to present credibly to Dealer Principals, CFOs, CIOs, and Group Operators
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect technical capability to profitability and enterprise value
- Confidence challenging incumbent narratives with clarity and professionalism
- Ability to travel as required to support enterprise sales engagements
Benefits
- A competitive salary
- Excellent bonus scheme
- Remote working with travel opportunity
- 4 weeks PTO
- 401k
- Excellent health insurance benefits
- Regular 1-2-1s and career development opportunities
- Why Join Us?
- Pinewood.AI is entering a pivotal phase of international growth, combining deep automotive expertise with modern cloud architecture and AI-driven intelligence. With the acquisition of Seez and a focused strategy to expand across North America, we are actively reshaping the competitive landscape.
- This is a rare opportunity to sit at the centre of enterprise platform displacement – replacing legacy systems with a scalable, modern Automotive Intelligence Platform. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, influence major strategic wins, and play a visible role in transforming how large dealership groups operate.
- If you’re motivated by complex sales, competitive strategy, and the opportunity to redefine automotive retail technology at scale, this is your moment.
