• Provide technical support to company employees; • Provide first-level support (Help Desk/Service Desk); • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, software, and peripherals; • Assist in managing access, users, and permissions; • Support monitoring and organization of IT infrastructure; • Log and track technical tickets; • Assist with maintenance of networks, VPNs, and equipment; • Support the IT team with internal improvements and automations; • Provide remote support to employees; • Assist with inventory routines and IT asset management.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networks, or a related field
- Knowledge or practical experience with AWS — considered a desirable plus
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude for interacting with internal users
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

• Provide superior customer service and support to current and prospective families. • Respond to inquiry calls and requests for information using the processes, guides and materials provided by Pansophic Learning using a variety of communication which include phone, email, and text messages. • Make outgoing phone calls to contact interested students/parents daily. Outbound calls are a key task in this role. • Conduct appointments with prospective student/parents via phone/video to identify educational needs, determine goodness of fit between student and institution, and uncover potential challenges of attending the institution. • Schedule appointments for prospective families to tour the school(s). • Provide prospective and newly enrolled families with accurate and up-to-date information regarding registration requirements, school programs, and enrollment information. • Document all interactions with students in the appropriate CRM system. • Assist with re-enrollment training and processes for enrollment team. • Assist with new employee training and onboarding. • Represent the educational institutions as the initial point of contact for enrollment and registration activities within assigned region. • Establish and maintain positive relationships with remote team members and educational institutions. • Provide school support during enrollment events and registration. • Understand and apply state rules and regulations to all activities; remain aware of and updated on rules and regulations that affect job duties. • Identify local community members, organizations, and businesses where meaningful partnerships with the school(s) can be established. • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to identify and coordinate cross promotional opportunities. • Other duties as assigned.
