• Prospect and develop new clients (B2B profile) • Manage and expand a client portfolio with a focus on long-term relationships • Identify needs and act in a consultative manner, proposing customized solutions • Lead negotiations focused on value creation, not just price • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience • Monitor performance indicators and account growth • Operate in the following area: South and West zones of São Paulo + corridor up to Campinas/Sumaré (full availability to travel)

Job Requirements

  • Consultative sales mindset (active listening, needs diagnosis, and solution design)
  • Ability to build genuine relationships and strategic networking
  • Emotional intelligence to engage with different client profiles
  • Autonomous and accountable (able to manage schedule, priorities, and targets)
  • Clear communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Results-oriented, focused on value rather than volume
  • Adaptable and open to innovation
  • Previous experience in consultative sales (insurance, services, financial or B2B)
  • Experience in portfolio management and active prospecting
  • Knowledge of the corporate market is a plus
  • Availability for external field work in the region
