Job Requirements

  • Erfahrung im IT- und/oder Support-Bereich, idealerweise im 1st Level IT Support
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis
  • Freundliches, geduldiges und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten am Telefon
