IT Support Specialist

• Provide expert support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations and servers. • Manage Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams. • Oversee Azure AD administration, ensuring robust policy and endpoint management. • Conduct network management tasks such as firewall, VPN, and DNS/DHCP oversight. • Utilize ticketing systems for efficient issue tracking and resolution. • Administer SaaS user management, focusing on security and compliance. • Implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in Windows workstation setup and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Proven competency in Azure AD and Windows Server Administration.
  • Proficient in Network Management (Firewalls, VPN, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Web Filtering).
  • Certifications such as PowerShell, Git, CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Azure AZ-900 are advantageous.
