Project Manager Service Center Odyssée

Role Description Vos missions sont les suivantes : - Traitement des tickets de paramétrage de contrats dans Odyssée, ouverts par le métier : - Instruire, cadrer et étudier la faisabilité des besoins métier - Recueillir, analyser et valider les données nécessaires au traitement des besoins métier - Contrôler la qualité des données clients - Implémenter les données (contrats et abonnés) dans les applications d’Odyssée - Réaliser les tests techniques et fonctionnels du paramétrage effectué - Identifier et remonter les anomalies rencontrées - Etablir les plans d’action et proposer des solutions correctives aux anomalies détectées - Exprimer les besoins de paramétrage complémentaire auprès des autres services - Planifier et gérer la priorisation des demandes et leur mise en production - Assurer le pilotage du projet : communication au métier, suivi et respect du planning, organisation - Coordination et animation des réunions de suivi - Gérer la facturation des services (rédaction des devis et PV de livraison) - Gérer le référentiel documentaire - Participer aux projets évolutifs du Centre de Services Odyssee - Participer à de nouveaux projets d’entreprise relevant de modifications légales (refonte de Taxes et règles de facturation, RGPD, Dématérialisation de factures …) ou propres à la politique de l’entreprise (Optimisation de certains traitements par automatisation, Montée de version applicative…) - Analyse des impacts, chiffrage, planning de réalisation … - Participer à la maintenance des connaissances du Centre de Services Odyssee - Participer à la formation des nouveaux consultants et aux transferts de compétences - S’impliquer sur la mise à jour documentaire et la maintenance applicative des applications et outils utilisés Qualifications - De formation supérieure de type Ecole d’ingénieur ou tout autre équivalent universitaire (Bac +5). - Une expérience professionnelle réussie de minimum 5 années sur des missions citées précédemment. - Vous avez un très bon relationnel et du leadership. - Vous faites preuve de pédagogie et d'une forte capacité d'analyse, de rigueur et d'empathie. - Langues : Français et Anglais (lu, écrit et oral) souhaité. Requirements - Exploitation du SI Clientèle : Solution Oracle CC&B. - Maitrise des métiers de l’eau et de l’assainissement. - Connaissance de la facturation et des contrats avec les collectivités. - Expertise technique. - Gestion d’une base de données : Oracle Database, Oracle SQL Developer, PL/SQL. - Utilisation de clients FTP/SSH Windows : FileZilla, PuTTY, WinSCP. - Excellente maîtrise de MS Office.
