Job Requirements

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Closing (High-Ticket von Vorteil)
  • Du verstehst Sales als Beratung + Führung , nicht als reines Abarbeiten von Skripten
  • Fähigkeit, sich schnell in Menschen hineinzuversetzen und Vertrauen aufzubauen
  • Saubere Einwandbehandlung und klare Kommunikation
  • KPI-orientierte Arbeitsweise und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft, regelmäßig Termine in den Abendstunden wahrzunehmen
  • Flexibilität, bei Bedarf auch am Wochenende Gespräche zu führen
