Product Manager – API, IAM
ENSEK
• Own the strategy, vision and roadmap for both the API-as-a-product programme — engaging stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and customer teams to define, validate and iterate it continuously. • Define and drive the roadmap for role-based access control (RBAC), OAuth/SSO, and audit logging capabilities. • Ensure IAM scope expands to cover AI agents, with appropriate security and auditing controls. • Partner with security and engineering teams to implement self-serve IAM/RBAC setup for APIs, AI agents, and customers. • Define and drive a consistent framework for API definition and management across three tiers: internal domain APIs, cross-NSEC internal APIs, and external APIs for customers, brokers, and third parties. • Make evidence-based prioritisation decisions, estimating effort and value of roadmap items using AI-powered estimation tools, and communicating trade-offs transparently with stakeholders. • Define and track key product outcomes — implementing dashboards for real-time performance visibility and using data to drive continuous improvement. • Build long-term stakeholder relationships, implementing communications strategies and influencing effectively to drive alignment and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience owning and delivering a platform or infrastructure product end-to-end, ideally including API management or developer tooling or IAM.
- Understanding of identity and access management concepts (RBAC, OAuth, SSO, audit logging) sufficient to make credible product decisions alongside engineering and security team.
- Demonstrated experience owning identity/access or security product work (API gateway IAM, SSO migrations, RBAC frameworks, or similar).
- Ability to make autonomous, data-informed product decisions and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including senior commercial partners.
- Ability to create and maintain a product roadmap tied to strategy and outcomes.
- Experience working in energy, utility tech, SaaS, or platform-based product environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with API management tooling, experimentation platforms, and AI productivity tools is advantageous.

Role Description ITHAKA is seeking an Accessibility Lead to join the Product Design team and lead accessibility work across our digital products and related experiences. This role is best suited to an experienced accessibility leader who can combine hands-on expertise in audits, testing, documentation, and remediation with strong cross-functional judgment, scalable process improvement, and practical guidance for teams across the product lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, this person will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Research, Support, Participant Experience, Content Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to strengthen accessibility practices across planning, discovery, design review, development, testing, release readiness, documentation, and ongoing maintenance. This is not a people-management role, but it does require leading through influence across teams, mentoring the work of others on accessibility-related efforts, and helping teams build more sustainable accessibility practices over time. The starting salary for this position ranges from $116,560 to $145,700 per year.
