Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience in digital accessibility or closely related digital product disciplines. - Deep knowledge of WCAG, accessibility testing practices, and accessibility requirements in modern digital product environments. - Strong working knowledge of assistive technologies and of how accessible solutions are implemented and validated in practice. - Experience creating or maintaining accessibility documentation, including ACRs or VPATs. - Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering in agile or iterative product environments. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization. - Comfort moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution. - IAAP certification or similar credentials are a plus, but not required.
