Role Description St. Francis Health Services is seeking an experienced and collaborative Controller II to assist in leading accounting operations across our organization. This key leadership role provides financial oversight, supervises accounting staff, and helps ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while supporting our mission of expressing Christ's love by providing care that values every human life. Candidates must reside in Minnesota. The Controller II partners with the Controller I and VP of Finance/CFO to oversee accounting functions, support financial operations, supervise accounting staff, and provide timely, accurate financial information that supports organizational decision-making. This position plays a vital role in maintaining strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and sound financial stewardship throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities - Financial Leadership - Oversee accounting operations and accounting staff. - Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements, annual audits, and budgets. - Assist with cost reporting and financial analysis. - Establish and maintain systems and controls that ensure financial integrity and data accuracy. - Support cash management, expense control, budgeting, and revenue enhancement initiatives. - Collaborate with accounts payable, payroll, and revenue cycle functions to ensure timely and accurate financial processing. - Assist organizational leaders in understanding and utilizing financial information for decision-making. - Team Leadership - Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff. - Ensure compliance with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management processes. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Communicate organizational updates and departmental priorities effectively. - Compliance & Stewardship - Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. - Support annual audits and regulatory reporting requirements. - Protect organizational assets through strong internal controls and sound accounting practices. - Promote the mission, core values, and non-profit status of the organization. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or Business Administration with a major in Accounting from an accredited college or university. - Accounting experience including budgeting, cash management, expense control, and revenue enhancement. - Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare-related field. - Experience leading and developing employees. - Knowledge of governmental accounting, budgeting, cost reporting, taxation, and auditing principles. - Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. - Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to interpret financial information and communicate effectively with leaders across the organization. - Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Role Description Noblis is seeking Air Traffic Controllers / ATC Specialists to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Systems and Surveillance Services directorates within the Program Management Organization (PMO). (Relaying required information from company financial statements to the census reports as instructions direct, as well as interacting with necessary departments) • Contribute to special projects, and perform assigned projects with the highest attention to detail, exhibiting a strong work ethic. • Help drive process and efficiency improvements that will allow the Company to scale with future growth. • Develop and documents business processes and accounting policies to drive operational efficiencies and strengthen internal controls as needed
