Role Description As the Employment Systems Benefits Associate, you will play a key role in supporting employee benefits and HR operations by: - Administering employee benefit programs including enrollments, terminations, COBRA/MN Continuation, and retirement plan processes - Supporting ACA reporting and compliance activities - Assisting with open enrollment and life event benefit changes - Helping ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional employee service Qualifications - Associate degree or HR-related certification preferred - 2+ years of benefits administration experience preferred - Knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance - Experience with HRIS systems (UKG experience is a plus) Requirements - Must reside in the state of Minnesota, be willing to relocate, or travel within close proximity to the corporate office Benefits - Meaningful work supporting employees across the organization - Opportunities for professional growth in benefits, HR operations, payroll, and compliance - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
