Role Description En Experis, buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a de Observabilidad con experiencia en el diseño e implantación de plataformas de monitorización en entornos complejos y distribuidos. Será responsable de definir la estrategia de observabilidad end-to-end, garantizando la visibilidad operativa de aplicaciones, infraestructuras y servicios mediante métricas, logs, trazas y eventos. Participará activamente en la definición de estándares, gobierno y buenas prácticas, así como en la integración de herramientas de observabilidad dentro de ecosistemas DevOps y Cloud Native. El perfil deberá ser capaz de transformar datos operativos en información accionable, impulsando la detección proactiva de incidencias, la mejora del rendimiento y la optimización de la experiencia de usuario y de negocio. - Diseño de arquitecturas de observabilidad extremo a extremo - Implantación y evolución de plataformas de monitorización - Gobierno, definición de estándares y buenas prácticas - Gestión y explotación de métricas, logs, trazas y eventos - Integración con entornos DevOps y pipelines CI/CD - Definición de SLIs, SLOs y SLAs - Análisis de rendimiento (APM) y diagnóstico de incidencias - Gestión proactiva de alertas y análisis de causa raíz - Interlocución con equipos de desarrollo, operaciones y arquitectura - Liderazgo técnico y coordinación de equipos Qualifications - Experiencia en herramientas de observabilidad: Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch, Splunk, Datadog o equivalentes - Conocimientos en arquitecturas Cloud y Cloud Native (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Contenedores y orquestación con Docker y Kubernetes - Instrumentación con OpenTelemetry - Experiencia en SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) - Automatización mediante scripting (Python, Bash o similar) - Diseño de dashboards ejecutivos y operativos - Monitorización de aplicaciones, infraestructuras y servicios distribuidos - Experiencia en integración con pipelines CI/CD - Capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y comunicación técnica Requirements - Implantación de modelos de observabilidad a gran escala - Conocimientos en AIOps - Observabilidad en microservicios y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos - Integración con herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) - Experiencia en Real User Monitoring (RUM) - Conocimientos de ciberseguridad aplicada a observabilidad (SIEM/SOC) - Experiencia en FinOps - Entornos multicloud e híbridos - Uso de Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) - Automatización de remediación (self-healing) - Certificaciones en cloud, observabilidad o Kubernetes - Experiencia en metodologías Agile y DevOps - Entornos críticos de alta disponibilidad (24x7) Benefits - Participación en proyectos tecnológicos de alto impacto - Entorno innovador y orientado a mejores prácticas - Modelo híbrido con flexibilidad - Desarrollo profesional y liderazgo técnico - Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares de alto nivel
