Role Description As the Performance Marketing Specialist for Türkiye, you will be the analytical media expert that partners closely with our creative strategist and broader marketing team in France to drive great incremental returns on our media investments. To be successful in this role you will need to understand the modern media measurement toolkit, media buying principles in key channels, what makes creative great in key channels and iteratively improve our funnel experiences. As part of this role, you will report to Türkiye Marketing Lead and work collaboratively with the rest of the country team focused on brand campaigns, lifecycle and partnerships for example. You will also help raise the bar in full funnel media management. What you'll do - Own day to day media buying, optimisation and pacing across multiple channels in France, focusing on creative-led channels (Meta, YT & TT, Snapchat, LinkedIn). - Translate Turkish priorities into concrete strategy and plans in partnership with the Global Growth Marketing team and Türkiye Country Team. - Set the media mix, lead budget allocation review processes and own the experiment roadmap. - Partner with the Data team to run incrementality studies, interpret and calibrate our MMMs, utilise MMP and platform form data where appropriate. - Translate performance data into clear creative insights, sharing learnings with Growth Creative pods that prioritise native vertical video and creator partnerships with embedded Growth Marketers. - Actively manage creative rotation: scale top-performing assets, pause low performers, and proactively flag refresh needs that shape our creative strategy. - Evaluate audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding strategies, proposing improvements and experiments across the region. - Work closely with creative team to maximise Tiktok Content Suite and champion best practices in modern content formats to get and retain attention. - Level up creative cohort analysis and bring unique insights into how we are running our creative flywheel. - Lead formulation, implementation and learning cycles through CRO initiatives across channels. - Improve performance marketing systems and workflows, with a focus on automation, adopting AI tooling and even building reusable systems. Qualifications - Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management across major platforms with strong media buying principle understanding. - Strong optimisation mindset and confidence making data-driven decisions. - Proven experience collaborating with creative teams to improve performance through structured testing and iteration. - Cross-channel growth mindset, able to evaluate trade-offs, dynamically shift investment, and prioritise incremental impact. - Familiarity with MMM, lift studies, and incrementality testing. - Experience with creative testing frameworks or sprint-based experimentation. - Experience working iteratively with a creative team led by a creative strategist. - Experience improving funnels into Apps and Web based products. - Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote, multi-market environment. - Fluent Turkish and good English, with a feel for market context.
