• Develop a playbook to bring low growth services businesses to hypergrowth • Engineer a high-velocity experimentation program across messaging, channels, targeting, pricing, and sales process; turn wins into repeatable playbooks • Deploy AI and automation to eliminate manual GTM work (lead enrichment, segmentation, personalization, sequencing, routing) and improve speed-to-lead • Build the data foundation: standardized lifecycle stages, CRM hygiene, dashboards, and weekly operating cadence that leadership can trust • Standardize GTM infrastructure and playbooks across acquired firms; accelerate post-acquisition funnel integration and performance lift

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years building and scaling B2B growth engines (growth, performance marketing, revops, sales engineering, or equivalent), with clear ownership of results
  • Deep comfort with analytics and funnel diagnostics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, payback), plus the judgment to prioritize what matters
  • AI-native operator: you regularly implement automation and modern GTM tooling to multiply throughput and quality
  • Operational rigor: high standards on data integrity, process consistency, and cross-functional execution under tight timelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across Product, Sales, Ops, and leadership; you can drive alignment without consensus paralysis
