Role Description We are seeking an Account Manager (Full-time, Remote) to support the delivery of digital content and creative projects across a portfolio of global clients. This role focuses on managing client relationships, translating briefs into clear execution plans, and coordinating freelance talent to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams. You will act as a core operator within the client–talent ecosystem, ensuring alignment between clients, freelancers, and internal teams across fast-moving projects. Responsibilities - ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CLIENT COORDINATION - Manage day-to-day client relationships across assigned accounts. - Support onboarding and project setup for new engagements. - Translate client briefs into clear, structured deliverables. - Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams. - DELIVERY COORDINATION (CREATIVE & CONTENT) - Coordinate delivery across multiple project types, including: - Social media content and campaign assets - Copywriting and editorial content - Digital creative (ads, banners, landing pages) - Track timelines, milestones, and delivery progress. - Ensure outputs meet agreed quality standards and deadlines. - Escalate risks or delivery issues where needed. - WORKFLOW & OPERATIONS SUPPORT - Coordinate freelance talent across active projects. - Maintain structured workflows from brief to execution until delivery. - Ensure clarity and consistency in project briefs. - Support smooth day-to-day execution across accounts. Qualifications - Previous experience in account management, client services, or project coordination. - Background in digital marketing, content, or creative environments. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. - Experience working with remote or freelance teams preferred. Requirements - Experience in agencies, creative studios, or talent platforms (NICE TO HAVE). - Exposure to social media or content production workflows (NICE TO HAVE). - Familiarity with performance-driven digital campaigns (NICE TO HAVE).
