Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, support AWS-based ETL pipelines, gather technical requirements, and create documentation while collaborating closely with technical teams to implement effective software solutions.

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Debian-based Linux systems in production environments. • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.). • Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or AWS CDK. • Write and maintain scripts (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate routine operations and enhance system reliability. • Ensure system performance, availability, and security, addressing incidents and resolving issues promptly. • Configure and manage monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch). • Support containerized environments and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, ECS, EKS, Fargate). • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. • Maintain proper documentation and version control using Git and ensure best practices are followed.

• Administers Windows development, test, and production servers including reloading, re-imaging, patching, GPO configuration, and OS hardening • Diagnoses and resolves complex Windows OS, Active Directory, and server connectivity issues • Performs daily monitoring of Windows systems, services, and performance; initiates proactive remediation • Installs, removes, and upgrades Windows-based software packages and agents • Owns Level 2 Windows-related tickets through resolution, including root cause analysis • Provides system evaluation reports and contributes to operational recommendations for Windows environments • Updates system records, ensures licensing compliance, and maintains accurate configuration data for Windows assets • Creates runbooks and how-to guides; trains Level 1 analysts on Windows procedures

• Administers Linux/Unix development, test, and production servers including reloading, re-imaging, patching, configuration, and shell-level maintenance. • Diagnoses and resolves complex Linux/Unix OS, service, and connectivity issues. • Performs daily monitoring of Linux/Unix systems, services, and performance; initiates proactive remediation. • Installs, removes, and upgrades Linux/Unix packages using native package managers (yum, apt, rpm, etc.). • Owns Level 2 Linux/Unix-related tickets through resolution, including root cause analysis. • Provides system evaluation reports and contributes to operational recommendations for Linux/Unix environments. • Updates system records, ensures licensing compliance, and maintains accurate configuration data for Linux/Unix assets. • Creates runbooks and how-to guides; trains Level 1 analysts on Linux/Unix procedures.
