• Administers Windows development, test, and production servers including reloading, re-imaging, patching, GPO configuration, and OS hardening • Diagnoses and resolves complex Windows OS, Active Directory, and server connectivity issues • Performs daily monitoring of Windows systems, services, and performance; initiates proactive remediation • Installs, removes, and upgrades Windows-based software packages and agents • Owns Level 2 Windows-related tickets through resolution, including root cause analysis • Provides system evaluation reports and contributes to operational recommendations for Windows environments • Updates system records, ensures licensing compliance, and maintains accurate configuration data for Windows assets • Creates runbooks and how-to guides; trains Level 1 analysts on Windows procedures

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination
