Actively identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Who you are - Client-focused: You put clients first, engaging with purpose to find the right solutions and going the extra mile because it’s the right thing to do. - Industry Experience: You have 10 - 20 years of experience in commercial middle market and/or mid-corporate banking, including success with upper middle-market clients and businesses with $100 million or more in annual revenue. You are skilled in loan structuring, business development, and have a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis. Role Description This isn't a conventional job, and we'd rather be upfront about that. You won't be assigned a desk or a manager. Instead, you bring us a signal — a model, a systematic strategy, a way of reading a market that you believe gives you an edge — and we put real capital behind it. We handle the execution, the risk, and the infrastructure. You're paid a performance fee tied directly to how your signal performs. You can do this from anywhere in the world, on your own schedule, alongside whatever else you're doing. If your signal works, the upside is yours to share in. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing but the time it took to find out. You'd develop and refine predictive signals in one or more of the following areas: - Commodities — energy, metals, agriculture, and the relationships between them, physical and financial. - Prediction markets — event probabilities and mispriced odds, wherever information becomes a price. - Global macro — rates, FX, sovereign risk, and cross-asset calls, systematic. We don't filter on pedigree. You might be a quant, a full-time trader, an academic, or entirely self-taught. What matters is that you can show us a genuine edge and explain why it holds up. Qualifications - Self-directed traders with a verifiable track record but no institutional name behind them. - Researchers from physics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science who apply their tools to markets. - Specialists who understand one corner of the world — a commodity, an energy market, an election — better than the Street does. - Anyone who has been right often enough to know it isn't luck. Requirements - A performance fee tied directly to what your signal earns — the stronger and more consistent it is, the larger your share. - Real capital behind your ideas, plus institutional-grade execution and risk management. - Complete flexibility: fully remote, work from anywhere, on your own time. - No relocation, no employment requirement to begin, and no obligation to share anything sensitive before an NDA is in place. - The chance to work alongside a world-class team of AI researchers and engineers who will push your thinking harder than anyone else. How to apply Click apply and attach your supporting material — your CV, a track record, a short description of your signal or approach, or whatever best makes your case. You don't need to give away how your edge works at this stage; we just want a clear picture of who you are and what you bring. If it looks promising, we'll be in touch to sign an NDA and take it from there.
