• Deliver engaging, customer-facing training sessions on Copilot for Microsoft 365 and its use within the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Teach end users practical, role-relevant ways to use Copilot to improve productivity in their daily work • Train customers on the purpose and use of personal agents in Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including how individuals can create and apply agents to streamline their own workflows • Develop and refine training materials, demos, and quick-reference guides that make AI tools approachable for non-technical audiences • Build and maintain working familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Cowork, Claude Cowork, and Google Gemini, and be able to speak to their capabilities and appropriate use cases • Field and answer end-user questions during and after training, adapting explanations to different skill levels • Gather feedback from sessions to continuously improve content and delivery • Stay current on new features and updates across the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and other AI productivity tools • Collaborate with internal delivery and solutions teams to align training with customer needs • Travel occasionally to customer sites to deliver in-person training and enablement • Other duties as assigned

Role Description - Opportunity Identification: - Audit IT support workflows to identify high-ROI automation candidates. - Agent Development: - Design and build intelligent, conversational agents using Copilot Studio Agent Builder. - Develop complex, orchestrated agentic workflows using the Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF). - Validation & Quality Assurance: - Implement rigorous validation protocols (e.g., adversarial testing, prompt rubrics, and RAG retrieval evaluation) to ensure AI outputs align with business rules and compliance requirements. - Maintain "human-in-the-loop" oversight mechanisms and monitor for drift (data, prompt, and output) to ensure ongoing accuracy. - Cost Management & FinOps: - Analyze and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including API consumption, token usage, infrastructure overhead, and maintenance costs. - Build "value-versus-spend" models to justify AI investments and identify opportunities for rightsizing/deprovisioning inefficient agents. - Framework & Risk Alignment: - Ensure all developments satisfy Shell framework standards and IRA guidelines regarding data privacy, security, and ethical AI. - Productionization: - Monitor performance via telemetry and establish continuous feedback loops for iterative improvements. Qualifications - Proven experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF). - Experience with AI evaluation frameworks (e.g., Promptfoo, Ragas) or automated testing suites for LLM outputs. - Strong proficiency in Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and associated M365 governance. - Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, track consumption metrics, and translate technical usage into business ROI. - Familiarity with implementing enterprise-grade security within Microsoft environments.
