• Conduct scheduled video appointments - initial assessments, counseling sessions, and follow-ups via our internal platform • Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized MNT plans grounded in current clinical evidence • Provide clear, culturally sensitive nutrition education adapted for a virtual setting • Document all encounters accurately and on time in our internal platform • Collaborate with referring providers and care teams through secure messaging and shared records • Monitor client progress between sessions and adjust care plans as needed • Maintain a private, professional, home workspace for all client-facing sessions
Job Requirements
- Active RD or RDN credential
- Licensed as a dietitian/nutritionist in your state(s) of practice; multistate licensure a strong plus
- 1–2+ years of clinical nutrition experience in telehealth or digital health setting
- Comfortable on camera and assisting patients in a virtual environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private home office
- Organized and self-directed
- Genuine investment in your clients' outcomes
- Specialty credential: CDCES, CSO, CSSD, or other CDR-recognized certification (bonus points)
- Bilingual or multilingual (bonus points)

• Monitoring firm calendars to identify upcoming and completed depositions • Coordinating with attorneys and legal assistants to confirm deposition details and ensure no transcript orders are missed • Placing timely orders for standard, expedited, or rough-draft transcripts with court reporting agencies based on attorney direction and case deadlines • Maintaining vendor relationships to facilitate efficient ordering and delivery; following up on outstanding orders • Receiving, reviewing, and processing court reporter invoices for accuracy; coding to the appropriate client/matter and routing through the firm's approval workflow • Flagging billing discrepancies and coordinating with vendors and Accounts Payable to resolve • Monitoring incoming transcript deliveries and verifying completeness and accuracy upon receipt • Notifying attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants promptly when transcripts are available • Saving finalized transcripts to the firm's document management system following established naming conventions and filing protocols • Retrieving and distributing previously filed transcripts upon request • Maintaining the firm's master deposition and transcript tracking log and generating reports as requested • Other duties as assigned
• Promote campaigns, events, products, and opportunities on campus. • Build awareness through social media, student organizations, and peer networks. • Recruit students for events, programs, internships, and ambassador initiatives. • Distribute promotional materials and share campaign content. • Organize or support campus events and activations. • Generate referrals, sign-ups, and engagement. • Provide feedback and insights from the student community. • Maintain communication with the program management team.
