Role Description We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with a strong software development background to join our Scrum team maintaining and improving an Enterprise Generative AI platform. This role focuses on platform stability, performance optimization, uptime, and availability. You will own the reliability posture of a platform serving tens of thousands of enterprise users — from infrastructure provisioning through production observability. You'll work alongside application developers, not above or below them, ensuring what they build can run safely at scale. What You’ll Do - Maintain team CI pipelines and govern code contribution quality rules including branch protection, automated testing gates, and artifact management - Craft efficient, secure Terraform for supporting infrastructure in AWS - Diagnose and troubleshoot production incidents — you are the last line of defense before the customer is impacted - Work with software developers on leveraging cloud-based SaaS or PaaS offerings safely in our product - Evaluate production readiness of developer features — you have a voice and a vote before code hits production - Provide comprehensive security review and hardening including secrets management, network policies, and IAM boundaries - Own and evolve the platform's observability stack — monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and on-call response - Manage and maintain container orchestration infrastructure (ECS/Kubernetes), including deployments, scaling policies, and health checks - Maintain and document runbooks for common failure modes so the team isn't dependent on tribal knowledge - Partner with developers during incident response — drive root cause analysis and ensure follow-through on remediation - Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technical grooming Qualifications - 5+ years of SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using IaC tools - Experience with Terraform including authoring custom modules - Production AWS experience — you've built and operated infrastructure, not just deployed apps to someone else's - Experience instrumenting enterprise-grade applications for uptime, performance, and alerting (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, or similar) - Comfort working inside application codebases—you can read Node.js/Python/Go well enough to diagnose issues and handle straightforward patches when developers are busy, even if you're not the one writing features - Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) - Experience leveraging AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) — we use these daily and expect you to as well - Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be the person explaining to a developer why their feature isn't production-ready yet, and you need to do that with clarity and respect Preferred Qualifications - Experience operating deployments on ECS or Kubernetes at enterprise scale - Experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, ALB, DocumentDB, CloudWatch) - Prior experience supporting enterprise platforms with 10,000+ active users - Familiarity with AI/LLM platform architecture — you don't need to train models, but you should understand what the application is doing so you can support it effectively - Experience operating PostgreSQL at scale — backups, replication, performance tuning - Experience with secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Parameter Store) - Familiarity with container security scanning and vulnerability management - Experience writing or maintaining incident runbooks and post-mortem processes - Prior on-call experience with defined SLAs/SLOs Benefits - Autonomy and trust — you'll own the reliability posture, not just execute tickets - Opportunity to work on a high-impact, enterprise-scale Generative AI platform serving tens of thousands of users - Direct collaboration with a US-based Product Manager and Scrum team in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment - Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies including multi-model orchestration, agentic AI, MCP, and RAG - Competitive compensation aligned with market rates for senior engineering talent - Fully remote position with flexible working hours to accommodate US Eastern Time zone overlap

Role Description The Technical Production Executive is a broad, hands-on role sitting within the Events Production team. You will be responsible for the technical delivery of both virtual and in-person events, digital platform builds, and post-production editing across the event portfolio. This is primarily a remote role, with events running approximately 1–3 times per month during the active season (February–June and September–December). At in-person events you will operate as a supporting technician to the Technical Production Lead, taking ownership of specific rooms or technical setups. Virtual events you will run independently from production to delivery. The role will suit someone who gets genuine satisfaction from taking a project from first brief through to final delivery — someone who cares about the quality of the output at every stage. The technical side is central; we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about camera systems, NDI workflows, broadcast production, and the digital platforms that sit around them. Day to day you will manage your own workload with a high degree of independence, you will be trusted to own your responsibilities, manage your time, and flag when something genuinely needs input. This is also a genuinely unusual position. The technical expertise this role requires is almost always sourced from AV vendors on a project-by-project basis. This is an opportunity to bring that capability in-house permanently, building deep knowledge of our events, our platforms, and our standards in a way that a freelance or vendor relationship cannot replicate. Key Responsibilities - Live Event Production - Operate as supporting technician at in-person events, including camera operation, NDI-based broadcast setups, and live audio mixing. - Set up and manage AV equipment in breakout rooms and secondary spaces under the direction of the Technical Production Lead. - Assist with pre-event technical rehearsals, run-of-show preparation, and on-site logistics. - Travel internationally to event venues as required throughout the event calendar (Washington DC, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Malaysia, Singapore). - Virtual Event Delivery - Take full ownership of virtual event production using vMix, including pre-recorded content scheduling, live switching, and broadcast output. - Manage virtual event platform setup and day-of delivery via Cvent, ensuring a smooth attendee experience. - Coordinate with presenters and producers ahead of virtual events for technical briefings and content ingestion. - Troubleshoot technical issues during live virtual broadcasts. - Post-Production & Editing - Edit and deliver post-event video content using the Adobe Suite (primarily Premiere Pro). - Process and package recorded sessions for on-demand distribution via the attendee hub. - Manage media assets and maintain an organised asset library across projects. - Digital Platform & Cvent - Build and maintain event websites and attendee hubs within Cvent. - Configure session and speaker pages, registration flows, and attendee-facing content. - Support the wider team with Cvent queries and platform troubleshooting. Qualifications - Hands-on experience with vMix for live production and virtual event delivery. - Practical knowledge of NDI-based camera workflows and multi-camera production. - Experience with live audio mixing in an events or broadcast environment. - Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere Pro for video editing. - Experience building event websites or attendee hubs in Cvent or a comparable platform. - Comfortable working independently as well as in a team on-site. - Flexibility to travel internationally and work event-pattern hours when required. Requirements - Experience with After Effects or other Adobe motion graphics tools. - Familiarity with professional conferencing or B2B events environments. - Understanding of streaming protocols and encoding (RTMP, SRT, etc.). - Experience with stage management or show-calling alongside technical roles. - Home location within commutable distance to Shrewsbury would be advantageous. Benefits - A varied role spanning live production, digital platforms, and post-production. - International travel to events across the UK, Europe and beyond. - A collaborative team environment. - A sustainable event schedule: roughly 1–3 events per month rather than a relentless back-to-back calendar. - Comprehensive employee benefits package. Equal Opportunity Employer Enhesa is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
