Role Description Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our Data Center construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, tracking, and supplier management of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment. You will ensure that critical long-lead equipment is manufactured and delivered in alignment with project schedules to protect the construction critical path. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) - Lead Equipment Execution: Own the end-to-end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready-for-service schedules. - Manage Supplier Accountability: Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data-driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends. - Mitigate Schedule Risks: Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely manner. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittal reviews and ensure deviation management is resolved quickly. Qualifications - Relevant Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically supporting large-scale construction or data center projects. - Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes and the ability to track complex delivery schedules. Knowledge of Chillers, Generators & switchboards preferred. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills to effectively interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management. - Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive mindset with the ability to implement recovery plans and manage technical deviations under tight deadlines. - Computer Proficiency: Google Suite of products preferred. Role Description - Regularly engage with stakeholders and partners at the GIO, other agencies, state/local health departments, private sector, etc. - Manage GIS team project work deliverables and deadlines through the use of project management skills (communication, organization, metric tracking, etc.) - Serve as team leader/point of contact for the Public Health Geographics team under the Data Products program in the Office of Data & Analytics - Utilize data governance best practices, especially those related to GIS products - Familiarity with how to utilize GeoAI (or ability to learn the skill) - Provide geostatistical analysis, measurements or reports related to communicable disease surveillance, outbreaks, disasters and public health preparedness activities. - Create and maintain visualizations of data and statistical results. - Create and maintain accurate geospatial datasets. - Develop and maintain workflows that integrate datasets and automate analytical methods. - Develop web-based applications utilizing both configurable services and customized development. - Utilize appropriate geographic information system software and other statistical packages. - Provide recommendations to supervisors and developers regarding data workflow methodology. - Assist the IDOH DOC when activated with logistical support. - Other duties as assigned. Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) supports all facets of the Supply Chain function such as: - Inventory management - Vendor relations - Contract management - Vendor rebates - Supplier operational and profitability rating - Category profitability This support is done through the creation or management tools as well as analyzing the information contained within these tools. It is expected that the analyst continually evaluates existing tools and suggests new tools or improvements to the current tools. The SCA will have access to confidential information as it is expected that it will be handled carefully under the direction of the Supply Chain Vice President. The SCA will meet with a number of key vendor partners and various departments within the company to assist or lead projects that will result in operational and/or financial benefit for both the company and the suppliers (i.e. Kaizen events, warranty process, etc.) The right candidate possesses professional presence and communication skills and is collaborative, analytical, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
