Position Details The Solutions Engineer (RPA) designs, develops, tests, implements, and supports automation solutions that improve business processes across multiple systems and applications. The role partners with business stakeholders to understand automation opportunities, translate requirements into scalable solution designs, and deliver robotic process automation, low-code applications, and orchestrated workflows. The position applies working knowledge of automation platforms, scripting concepts, artificial intelligence-enabled tools, and control room operations to improve process efficiency, reliability, and user experience. The role contributes to automation standards, reusable components, and delivery practices under general guidance to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
