Key Account Manager

• Achieve the agreed monthly and annual total sales revenue targets for assigned Key Accounts in the EMEA region. • Acquire and grow large, multi-site target key accounts (both prospects and existing customers). • Coordinate with the regional Ranpak sales force to follow up on regional sales activities at the key account level. • Liaise with Ranpak distributors to ensure flawless service and high customer satisfaction for the key account. • Collaborate closely with colleagues (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service, Technical) to deliver the best-fit, winning proposition to the key account. • Develop, own, and execute the account plan for target key accounts. • Plan and drive the actions required to win, grow, and defend key accounts. • Build multi-level relationships with diverse stakeholders within the key account. • Deliver solution- and value-based sales of Ranpak solutions. • Manage and influence diverse Decision-Making Units (DMUs) within the account. • Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with key customers and prospects. • Serve as the primary point of contact for matters specific to your customers. • Proactively influence and respond to tenders and requests for quotations.

• Identify, engage and fulfil opportunities selling the full range of our client’s equipment. • Develop and maintain relationships. • Business development of new customers in Germany • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and maintain accurate CRM data • Develop customer and sector sales plans
Key Account Manager – DACH

• Win and grow large multi-site target key accounts (prospects and existing accounts) • Coordinate with regional Ranak sales force for follow-up of regional sales activities at the key account. • Liaise with Ranpak distributors, to ensure flawless service and customer satisfaction towards the key account. • Work together closely with the colleagues (e.g. Marketing, Customer Service, technical department) to ensure the key account is served with a best-fit and winning proposition. • Develop, own and execute the account plan for the target key account Planning and driving the actions needed, to win, grow and defend key accounts • Developing multi-level contacts with diversified stakeholders within the key account • Solution and value-based sales of Ranpak solutions • Building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with key accounts (customer as well as prospective accounts) • Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your customers • Upfront influencing and responding to tenders and requests for quotations
