• The Clinical Talk Therapist is an active member of the Corporation’s clinical team and is responsible for moving us toward a world class clinical experience. • This role impacts multiple stakeholders, including Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the Health Care Industry at large. • The Specialist delivers the best quality of care to the Participant to help them reach the agreed upon goals for an improved quality of life and wellbeing. • The Specialist partners closely with the Operations team to improve experiences of processes of efficiency and ease of access, as well as with the Clinical team to improve the delivery of clinical care and support.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and living (license must be able to practice without supervision) in the state of MA
  • Informed on state tele-health policies
  • Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health
  • Capability to build therapeutic relationship in virtual platform
  • Polished, professional virtual presence
  • Strong ability to identify markers for appropriate level of care to meet patient needs
  • Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to use technologies as part of practice for administrative and clinical support (i.e. scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions)
  • Must pass a background check
  • Ability to work remote, in a secure, private location (outpatient office or home office are acceptable; coffee shops are not acceptable)
  • Access to smartphone, laptop, and internet connection
  • Bilingual a plus

Role Description Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice built by clinicians, for clinicians. This role is designed for independently licensed therapists who want: - Predictable, W-2 compensation and full benefits - Flexible scheduling within a structured outpatient model - Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote environment - Clear expectations around caseload, documentation, and pace Our outpatient therapy model is intentionally built for virtual care, not retrofitted from inpatient or hospital systems, allowing you to deliver thoughtful and structured care. What your day-to-day practice looks like: - 100% remote, outpatient therapy - Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others) - Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups) - Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals - No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities - In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists - Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing Clinical autonomy & flexibility: - Independent treatment decision-making - Input into schedule and weekly availability within operational guidelines - Clinical approach within evidence-based standards Care expectations are shaped by practicing clinicians, reinforcing professional judgment, and shared accountability for quality. Role Description Oak Street Health takes a team-based approach to providing outstanding patient care. Transitional Care Coordinators are an integral part of the team. You will help track patients across hospital and post-acute settings and help them get connected back to primary care. You will efficiently juggle many tasks: - Outbound phone calls to facilities and patients - Managing medical records - Scheduling post-discharge appointments This will be a remote work position.
