Associate Therapist

• Provide 1:1 therapy for children, adolescents, and adults • This will include 5 - 7 client appointments of 53+ minutes each, each day, for a total of 32-33 clients each week. • Up to 50% of appointments will be reserved for completion of thorough assessments of individuals who have recently been discharged from emergency room settings and determining best next steps for ongoing care. • Deliver evidence-based mental health care to adults and/or children • Create and manage treatment plans and clinical documentation • Participate in weekly supervision and team consultations • Collaborate with psychiatry providers and broader care teams • Maintain timely and compliant documentation in our EHR System

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work in California
  • Active Associate license in California (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, MFT, or Counseling (CSWE-accredited for Social Work)
  • Experience with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care; EMDR or clinical niche preferred
  • Ability to sit with clients in emotionally intense sessions with care and clarity
  • Access to a quiet, confidential workspace with stable internet
