Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice. This is a senior consulting role for a professional who combines strong business analysis, discovery leadership, and functional solution design skills with the ability to guide clients through digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable: - Facilitating executive and user workshops - Gathering and analyzing requirements - Mapping business processes - Defining future state solutions - Collaborating with architects and delivery teams to bring those solutions to life This role will lead discovery and business analysis efforts for complex client engagements, contribute to solution roadmaps and Statements of Work, and support successful project delivery using Agile methodologies. We are looking for someone proficient with Azure DevOps and comfortable leveraging AI enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation quality, and delivery outcomes. In partnership with Deel recruitment platform, we are looking for an independent contractor in Latin America to join the team remotely. Candidates must be able to work in EST or CST hours. Qualifications - Five or more years of hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions in a consulting or client-facing role - Proven experience leading discovery or Phase 0 engagements and facilitating business requirements workshops - Strong experience producing business analysis artifacts including workflows, swim lanes, user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications - Deep knowledge of: - Dynamics 365 Sales - Dynamics 365 Customer Service - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Dynamics 365 Field Service - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse - Proficiency using Azure DevOps for backlog management, requirements traceability, user stories, and testing support - Experience leveraging AI tools or Copilot to support business analysis, documentation, and solution delivery - Strong understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies - Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline - Professional communication in English (written and verbal) is required for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams, with proficiency equivalent to an advanced (C1) level Requirements - Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center or Omnichannel - Experience contributing to estimates, solution roadmaps, and Statements of Work - Experience working within a consulting or Microsoft partner environment - Familiarity with integration and enterprise solution design considerations - Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications considered an asset - CBAP, PMI PBA, or related business analysis certifications considered an asset Benefits - The monthly rate for this role is $4,700 – $5,300 USD, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
