• Author, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and process documentation. • Develop and update system specifications, business process workflows, and data migration plans. • Assist in data analysis and validation efforts to ensure data integrity and consistency within a PLM system. • Support the development of test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and business requirements. • Collaborate with development teams to track and document enhancements, issues, and resolution. • Prepare reports, presentations, and technical briefs for internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, DoD software policies, and DoD documentation standards. • Maintain document repositories and version control using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or a PLM system. • Support training initiatives by developing user guides, training materials, and instructional content. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or documentation within an engineering, manufacturing, or software development environment.
- Strong technical writing skills with experience in developing SOPs, process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint.
- Experience working on an enterprise application implementation such as PLM, ERP, MRP, DevSecOps, or CRM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Currently holds an active U.S. national security clearance or be able to receive and maintain one.

Role Description As an Experienced Business Analyst Lead - Pharmacy at Gainwell, you will lead business analysis efforts for complex, high-impact healthcare initiatives.
