Role Description Mission Critical Partners is seeking a Technology Specialist to support our Facilities and Operations Practice Team. This role is responsible for assisting in the assessment, specification, implementation, and support of public safety communications and operational technologies within 9-1-1 centers, emergency communications centers, and emergency operations facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, experience working with mission-critical public safety technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, architects, and internal project teams. The Technology Specialist will contribute to technology projects by supporting system assessments, technology procurements, technology implementations, and operational improvements. This role requires a client-focused professional committed to delivering exceptional service while embracing our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability, and Prudence.
