Role Description - Projektleitung und Kundenberatung: Du leitest eigenständig lokale und internationale Projekte und arbeitest eng mit den Kundenteams zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln. - Implementierung von HR-Software: Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung von Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) und bringst deine Erfahrungen aktiv in Kundenprojekten ein. - Prozessanalyse und -optimierung: Du analysierst bestehende HR-Prozesse, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst Lösungen zur Optimierung mithilfe moderner HRIS-Systeme. - Schnittstellenmanagement: Du agierst als Verbindung zwischen HR und IT und begleitest unsere Kund:innen bei ihrer digitalen Transformation. - Wissensaustausch und Weiterbildung: Du bleibst stets auf dem neuesten Stand zu HR- und HRIS-Trends, teilst dein Wissen im Team und unterstützt Kolleg:innen bei ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung. Qualifications - Einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung, als Business Analyst oder Projektleiter:in für Prozessveränderungen mit technologischer Dimension. - Erfahrung mit HR Tools wie die Cornerstone-Suite oder auch andere HRIS Lösungen (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SkyHive, EdCast, TalentSoft, Personio, SageHR, Rexx, ADP Suite, BambooHR, Dayforce, UKG). - HR-Prozess-Verständnis (Learning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Nachfolgemanagement, Compensation). - Exzellente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl in Englisch als auch in Deutsch. - Weitere Sprachen (Französisch ist ein echtes Plus). - Die Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen! Job Description The Implementation Manager oversees the on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform to meet the customer's desired results. This requires completing projects following leading practice methodology, working in collaboration with the customer project team and any involved partner, ensuring governance is followed to gain stakeholder support, including risk and issue mitigation. The Implementation Manager is responsible for assembling and leading project resources, ensuring they understand planned tasks, tracking progress, and managing deviations through appropriate measures.
