Role Description Sous la responsabilité du chef du pôle Projets Erasmus+ et son adjoint.e, en trinôme avec deux chargé·es de mission, le ou la chargé·e de mission assure la gestion administrative et financière d’un portefeuille de porteurs de projet et de régions sur l'action clé 2 du programme Erasmus+ Jeunesse "Partenariats de coopération", l’accompagnement des bénéficiaires et le déploiement et la promotion des programmes en région. Le ou la chargé·e de mission assure également le suivi de thématiques transversales prioritaires de l’Agence France Erasmus+ Jeunesse & Sport. À ce titre, il ou elle est plus particulièrement chargé·e de : - Gérer et suivre le processus global de demande de subvention : supervision sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie d'un projet, de l’instruction, en passant par le suivi qualitatif, le suivi administratif et financier, le soutien technique et opérationnel jusqu’au contrôle des dossiers (sur site et à posteriori). - Accompagner les porteurs de projets : organisation de session d'information, mission essentielle de conseil, d'aide à l'amélioration des contenus pédagogiques en adéquation avec les priorités des programmes, orientation des porteurs vers des formations. - Développer et promouvoir l’action clé 2 d’Erasmus+ : communication ciblée auprès des publics éloignés, promotion du programme auprès des acteurs du territoire, nouveaux ou anciens dans une logique d'accessibilité, d'impulsion, de qualité et de dissémination de projet. - Suivre les stratégies de développement des projets "partenariats de coopération" notamment le déploiement des partenariats simplifiés et l'animation du réseau de lauréats. - Suivre les partenariats dans le cadre d’organisation de formations avec les autres agences européennes, organisation et suivi des séminaires organisés dans le cadre du TCA (activité de coopération nationale et transnationale). - Développer des outils de valorisation d’Erasmus+. - Contribuer à la réflexion et à la mise en place de projets spécifiques sur une thématique transversale (à déterminer à la prise de poste) : développement d'une stratégie et d'activités nationales ou européennes soutenant la thématique choisie. - Contribuer à la réflexion stratégique sur le programme : en lien avec le chef de pôle et son adjointe, le ou la chargé·e de mission assure une mission de représentation tant auprès des institutions locales et nationales qu’européennes et doit faire remonter les besoins du terrain, les enjeux propres aux acteurs et aux jeunes, en termes de mobilité, d’engagement, de professionnalisation, de coopération, etc. Qualifications - Connaissances des institutions et programmes européens (Union européenne et Conseil de l'Europe). - Connaissances des politiques de jeunesse et des acteurs de jeunesse, en France et en Europe. - Ingénierie de formation, pédagogie non formelle. - Cadre administratif, juridique et financier dans le cadre des politiques nationales et européennes. Requirements - Animation de réseaux. - Management de projets pluri-partenariaux. - Bureautique (Word, Excel, Outlook), web et des réseaux sociaux. - Élaboration des tableaux de bord des dossiers et suivi des échéanciers. - Aisance rédactionnelle et orale en français et en anglais.
