• Will manage end-to-end requests, from scope definition to implementation, ensuring governance, organization, and quality in execution. • Responsible for leading and driving strategic projects, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. • Will interface with different business areas, promoting integration between teams and supporting decision-making.

• Manage and support multiple projects and project managers across various development phases and across several projects and engagements to meet and exceed established objectives, including timelines, quality and budget • Primary focus on the specific needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders • Develop scope and schedules for assigned projects • Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential project risks, project logistics, budget and scope • Proactively manage project-related issues across accounts or engagements • Lead and document all weekly project meetings • Coordinate and track all vendor tendering/bid processes • Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation • Coordinate subcontractor activities and the relocation of technical functions • Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors • Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and finance • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost‑effective manner • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required by assigned projects • Assist the local PDS team in achieving adjusted gross margin (AGM) targets at regional and national levels as determined annually by the Executive Management Committee • Assist in the training and development of JLL team members on company procedures, methodologies and practices • Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business conduct • Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

• Review architectural plans, specifications, and project documentation • Prepare budget estimates, cost projections, and tender submissions • Complete detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings • Measure and quantify carpentry-related items including framing, cladding, battens, screening, timber structures, doors, hardware, and bespoke architectural elements • Develop scope breakdowns and pricing documentation for tenders • Identify omissions, inconsistencies, and constructability concerns within project documentation • Compare builder documentation against pricing assumptions • Maintain estimating databases, templates, and cost libraries • Assist with tender clarifications and builder queries • Produce clear and professional proposal submissions • Assist in developing AI-assisted estimating and quantity take-off workflows • Validate quantities extracted through automated systems • Help improve estimating templates, databases, and automation processes • Work closely with the internal AI team to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency • Support continuous improvement initiatives across estimating and project administration functions • Assist with variation pricing and supporting documentation • Update project cost tracking systems and project records • Maintain project registers and documentation • Support Project Managers with administrative and coordination tasks • Monitor contract deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones • Ensure project files remain accurate, complete, and organized

Role Description As part of the Medical Leverage team, the Project Manager will be the main point of contact with the client. You will lead the planning and implementation of projects by owning a detailed timeline for all collaborators to abide by, as well as manage the working budget.
