Role Description Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP PS Consultant. As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in engaging with business/functional teams in providing best fit technical solutions while conforming to client’s and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology. - This position may require travel to Project/client locations. - Eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only due to elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Requirements - At least 7 years of experience in creating functional requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes. - At least 7 years of experience in Project systems. - At least 7 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment. - At least 7 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes. - Configuration and testing experience in Project systems. - SAP Design and Process knowledge in: - Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution - Costing sheets - Planning - Results analysis keys - Project structure - Networks/Activities - Status within a project - Settlement (incl. rules) - Year-end processes - Experience in Writing functional specifications. - Experience in Testing custom developments. - Experience in Working with developers. - Good in Analytical, Communication skills, Planning and Co-ordination skills. - Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. - Knowledge on WRICEF, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in PS. - Experience in SAP Project Systems, configuration and solution Design of Make to Order and Make to Stock process with Project Planning, Budgeting, Tracking, Milestone confirmations, Capacity Planning and workforce planning, Document Management system and WBS. - PS Integration with FI, CO, SD and MM also knowledge on Project Costing and WBS order Settlement. • L2/L3 support for SAP ECC FICO. • Resolve incidents and problems within SLA. • Support financial processes in FI, CO and FSCM. • Support payments, banking and reconciliations. • Monitor jobs, interfaces and IDocs. • Work on integrations with Workday and external systems. • Assist with monthly and annual closings. • Support audits and compliance. • Prepare functional specifications and documentation. • Maintain constant interface with ABAP, Basis, Integration, MM, SD teams and business users.
