Role Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior IBP Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise in implementing and integrating SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. This role is critical in delivering scalable, high-performance digital supply chain solutions that drive value for our global customers. In addition, the role involves responsibilities as a Regional Support Lead, providing first-line support for SIOP/SIOE applications across the EMEA region. This includes troubleshooting issues, supporting testing activities, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBP modules such as Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Control Tower, along with expertise in CPI-DS/SDI integrations, and a strong passion for solving complex business challenges through digital planning transformations. What You Will Do - Serve as the first point of contact for application support in the region. - Troubleshoot issues, perform initial analysis, and escalate as needed. - Maintain SLAs and communicate status updates to stakeholders. - Document recurring issues and contribute to knowledge‑base articles. - Support testing during releases, enhancements, and bug fixes. - Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to validate solutions. - Participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives. - Provide regional insights on user needs, adoption, and training gaps.
