Lead Solutions Architect – M365, Collaboration
Humana
• The Lead Solutions Architect designs and develops IT solutions to business problems in alignment with Enterprise Architecture direction and approved technology standards and reference architectures. • Provides technology guidance, strategic road maps, principles, standards, and operational best practices to support Humana in managing their technology domains and meeting customer needs. • Responsible for the creation of 4-year strategic technology roadmaps, standards and reference architectures for areas supported by this role. • Aligns product engineering, product management, user experience design, and enterprise architecture to produce enterprise level system designs and architecture. • Collaborates closely with adjacent technology leaders (identity, security, endpoint management, vulnerability management, asset management, IT service management, analytics, etc.) to ensure the secure, seamless delivery of digital workplace technologies. • Provides guidance and coaching to Lead Engineers across the department.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience performing solution architecture functions.
- 5+ years applied expertise in enterprise technologies and concepts to include M365 technologies and associated infrastructure, Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview (eDiscovery, DLP, Records Management), EntraID, email routing, journaling, encryption, secure mail, legal hold, retention.
- 5+ years of experience working in distributed, cloud-based, and on-prem environments e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.
- Experience with M365 Tenant migrations and other M&A activities.
- Understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (hardware, software, services and SaaS tools).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- 5+ years IT experience in highly regulated environments.
- 3+ years of working within continuous engineering Agile delivery frameworks to keep pace with frequent changes and reduce complexity.
- Expert knowledge of system architecture, design, configuration, and implementation across multiple device management technologies.
