• You support our clients with their bottleneck processes and identify short-term, implementable improvements for processing. • For the long-term optimization of processing, you analyze processes and, if required, systems, develop practical solution proposals and implement them together with the client. • You develop strategies and solutions for the challenges of liberalized markets, taking into account the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG), relevant EU directives and our clients’ individual requirements. • You monitor market developments and derive new topics and future consulting services to help our clients meet these challenges.
Job Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk) or hold a comparable qualification.
- You have three to five years of experience in commercial process handling within the energy sector and are familiar with upstream and downstream process chains.
- You possess extensive knowledge in at least one of the following billing systems: SAP IS-U, Schleupen, Wilken or Powercloud.
- You describe yourself as customer-, implementation- and results-oriented and bring strong problem-solving skills.
- You have initial practical experience in project management and/or consulting.
