We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) Battlefield Staff Rides program. This unique leadership development program uses European battlefields as living classrooms to develop military leaders through historical study, terrain analysis, and professional discussion. The Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of program delivery, including instructor coordination, logistics management, quality control, and client relations with U.S. military units across the European theater. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, deep knowledge of military history, and the ability to manage complex multi-day educational events across multiple European countries. About the Program: Battlefield Staff Rides combine three essential elements: the intellectual (historical study and analysis), the physical (visiting actual battlefields), and the emotional (understanding the human dimension of combat). The program serves commanders seeking to develop their leaders through the study of military campaigns ranging from ancient Greece to World War II, across sites throughout Europe and the Mediterranean basin. Responsibilities Program Leadership & Coordination: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters related to program delivery - Coordinate with the Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on all program requirements - Ensure all Battlefield Staff Rides meet commander training objectives across three categories: historical tradition/legacy, military values, and combat performance - Manage scheduling and coordination of approximately 80+ BSRs annually Instructor Management: - Recruit, credential, and manage a team of qualified military history instructors - Ensure all instructors possess required expertise in battlefield dynamics, military leadership principles, and relevant campaign knowledge - Coordinate instructor assignments based on battlefield expertise and unit requirements - Maintain current instructor resumes and qualifications documentation Quality Control: - Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring all services meet contract requirements - Monitor performance against all deliverables, timelines, and specifications - Investigate and correct any non-conforming performance - Collect and analyze student critique sheets; prepare annual summary self-evaluation reports - Report any issues affecting performance to the COR within 48 hours Logistics Management: - Coordinate all logistical support including transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals - Ensure bus transportation meets requirements (deluxe motor coach with WC, A/C, audio/video equipment) - Verify hotels meet minimum 3-star standards and Force Protection criteria - Manage meal coordination including dietary accommodations - Secure all required approvals and clearances for cross-border travel - Coordinate with unit POCs on Combat Leadership Workshop locations and itineraries

• Develop and manage end-to-end enablement programs, including onboarding & continuous education programs, sales documentation, and ongoing comms to ensure your programs stick • Execute and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives • Act as a domain expert in all things CAM so you can have a meaningful impact on strategic decision making • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders across Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Partner Org, and others to execute and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives • Align stakeholders and collaborate with the broader Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team to execute strategies and manage cross-functional initiatives • Facilitate sales skills training, including negotiation, multi-threading, business planning, objection handling, and more • Coach CAMs on sales skills, processes, and new rollouts, ensuring effective knowledge transfer • Oversee multiple enablement projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals • Thrive in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments and get projects to completion • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives • Review and analyze data to inform enablement recommendations based on business gaps • Develop key performance metrics that effectively measure the success of enablement programs • Interpret key performance metrics to identify opportunities for impact and ensure rapid CAM ramp-up and effectiveness • Create and update onboarding content for new CAMs, ensuring relevance and accessibility. • Develop documentation and reference materials to support CAM teams in quickly finding and adopting sales content

• conducts quality assurance audits of medical records and ICD-9/10 diagnosis codes that are submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other government agencies • optimizes the effectiveness of the offshore coding (post-visit) team • analyzes the performance of the offshore coding team and creates strategies to maximize associate output • cultivates relationships with onshore and offshore coding teams including leaders • serves as liaison and primary point of contact with the offshore (vendor) leaders • advises coding leaders to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance • develops strategies for continuous improvement of offshore coding processes and quality in partnership with Coding Operational Excellence and Regional Coding Leaders • partners with analytics to develop quality assurance program on post-visit reviews • analyzes trends and shares results with coding leaders/teams • monitors quality and addresses performance gaps • researches and interprets correct coding guidelines and internal business rules to respond to inquiries and issues • may participate in coder education programs on coding compliance • follows state and federal regulations as well as internal policies and guidelines while analyzing coding information and medical records • partners with coding teams (consultative coders) on the special handling of Mergers & Acquisitions • leads Special Projects for onshore and offshore coding teams • participates in chart reviews to identify educational opportunities • conducts research as needed • participates in Payer calls/chart reviews • may participate in provider education programs on coding compliance • exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision
